All prices will be shown in £ sterling and are inclusive of VAT. The currency can be changed by clicking the GBP £, located in the top right hand corner.

VAT / Foreign Customers
We welcome orders from overseas customers. All our prices include the UK sales tax of 20%, which may not be payable for overseas customers. Prices will often include extra delivery charges. If you have any questions or queries regarding this, please contact Imprinted support.
All deposits placed are non-refundable.
As all orders are printed on demand and customised to order, we cannot accept returns in the event your customer has changed their mind or if an error has been made by you or your customer.
In this case, returns and exchanges are handled by you, the seller.
Prints are only as good as the artwork you send us. Before placing an item on sale, we recommend ordering a sample with your artwork to check the print quality.
Orders cannot be amended once placed. However, they can sometimes be cancelled as long as they haven't entered production. For further details on how to cancel an order, head over to our Help Centre or contact us using Live Chat.
Incorrect Delivery Address
If the incorrect address is provided at checkout we are unable to accept any responsibility. If the item is undeliverable, the order will be returned to our customer service centre. You will be responsible for any re-shipping costs once you provide the correct delivery address.
Payment is accepted from any major credit or debit card provider or through PayPal.
You may cancel an order within 8 hours of placing it. Once this has passed you order will then have entered the production phase. It will then be at the discretion of Imprinted as to whether or not it can be cancelled.
Unfortunately, we can’t amend orders that have already been submitted. If you think you have made an order in error or if you need change an order, you’ll need to cancel it.

Orders Damaged In Transit
If it is clear that your order has been damaged during shipping, please refuse the delivery and email support [at] imprinted.com immediately.
If it is only clear that your order has been damaged on opening, please send us an email with an image of the damaged item, a description and your order number.
We’ll then help you resolve the issue.
Our quality control process ensures every garment leaves our workshop in good condition.
In the rare event your order arrives in a less than satisfactory condition, please contact our customer care team within seven days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
You can do this by contacting Imprinted support via Live Chat, or by email.
Returns are accepted on damaged garments or misprints and Imprinted will cover the cost of return postage before issuing a replacement or refund.
You must ensure you have the necessary legal right to print any artwork you upload.
Should any copyright issues arise, we'll contact you to request proof of your right to print.
We take no responsibility for anything we print.
Imprinted will never sell, claim or re-distribute any artwork that you upload to this site. Your artwork will only be available to Imprinted employees to fulfil your orders.
All product descriptions are fully accurate in accordance with the descriptions provided by suppliers. Our industry leading suppliers will often notify us, should a product description need amending.
Although we endeavour to colour match, there will be occasions when an exact match is not possible. The images we use may also show a slight difference.
Print areas differ depending on the size of the garment. Please be aware that we may alter the print area by as much 20% to ensure that we can achieve a high quality print.
